The Linux Foundation has released the schedule for the 2015 Collaboration summit, and it is a litmus test for where Linux and open source are headed for 2015. This year, IoT, drones, containers, networking, and the cloud seem to be the focal point of much of the open source industry as well as the tech industry at large. We are currently witnessing the largest transition from proprietary technology to open source technology in human history, and the collab summit is a great place for experts and technology leaders from numerous industries to come together for the advancement of open source.
