  • Open Source Workshop Explores FOSS in Universities

    There are many ways FOSS can be used as a teaching tool in universities. Participating in the development of an open source project can introduce students to a wide-variety of important skills. The association for Computing Machinery included a day dedicated teaching open source practices, tools, and techniques in their annual Special Interest Group in Computer Science Education meeting.
