HPSDR — The High Performance Software Defined Radio Web site documents the effort of a group of hams who are working on an open source, GNU-type hardware and software project intended as a “next generation” SDR. Interested experimenters and SDR enthusiasts, including such luminaries as Phil Covington, N8VB, Lyle Johnson, KK7P, Bill Tracey, KD5TFD, and Phil Harman, VK6APH, are the designers and developers behind the project.
