Docker INC announced its second acquisition in as many months as buys Koality, a company that provides continuous integration services. CEO Ben Golub made it clear this acquisition was primarily about absorbing the talents of the company’s engineers and this move hints at Docker Inc’s plans to expand enterprise services. Koality CEO Jonathan Chu realized the good fit of his company with Docker as he began to see growing numbers of clients using Docker on top of Koality’s services. The cost of acquiring Koality was not made public.
