DreamHost is a web hosting company that launched in 1997. As a response to proprietary, black box services like Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, DreamHost has contributed to the OpenStack project to help grow open source cloud services. There newest product is DreamCompute, which allows users to create virtual machines, block devices, and networks on-demand through standard OpenStack APIs.
