AMD and Canonical announced a new server this week that is powered by Ubuntu and runs OpenStack. The goal is to provide an out-of-box experience that allows companies to set up private cloud solutions in a matter of hours and is a part of Canonical’s efforts to keep Ubuntu as the most popular OpenStack operating system.
