After 15 months of development, Docker has finally released its first full, stable version. Docker has already been adopted by many companies using experimental builds, and these companies have contributed significant time and effort in helping develop and test Docker. Over 460 people made contributions to the project, helping turn it into one of the biggest open source projects of the last year.
